Resume

I've always been an instrumental leader amongst my peers and in my community. There are always opportunities to help people, which you can see that I've always taking advantage of. I have a dream to one day be able to minister a good word through the film medium. Until then, I'm taking it one step at a time. In my undergrad, I'm majoring in English. Along with my English degree, I'll also earn my teaching certificate. After graduation, I'm setting off for Nicaragua to work in my Mom's church. This way, I can combine my acquired skills in Spanish to teach English to the natives and possibly minister to them as well. Afterwards, if I feel I'm called, I'll be off to the seminary. When I'm done there, I'm going to film school. I'm currently finishing up my first screenplay, and in the beginnings of writing a novel.

Throughout my life, I've always found it extremely important to help people. America is truly a country that helps people who are in need. From the great service people in our country: firemen, policemen, doctors, etc, we can learn many valuable life lessons. These people risk their lives on a daily basis all in the name of service. I believe service is one of our many gifts from God. We must not look at life for superficial happiness. We must be champions for Christ. We must let our light shine as long as we can. Remember, we were made in his image and we must reflect his love and humbleness in our daily lives. One day, we'll all leave, but remember that right now is the present, and this is the time to acknowledge God, to be thankful for him, to share his love and grace with all those you come in contact with. We must use our lives as tools. Be a servant just as Jesus was.
